This contract is written for the protection of both breeder and the buyer. However, it is primarily written to protect the health and general well-being of the puppy.

At Precious Yorkies, we pride ourselves in breeding healthy and happy puppies.

Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. Our puppies will complete your home, your family, and your heart! We are dedicated to always providing our buyers and our puppies with a positive experience, which includes remaining committed to responsible practices when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming our puppies.

We spend countless hours with each of our litters, socializing and caring for our puppies to prepare them for their forever homes. We truly love our puppies and i know you will, too! We fell in love with the breed because of their intelligence and personality. They are great emotional support dogs.

There's hardly a better feeling than being able to share them with other families that will love them the way that we do!

Breeding has helped us share the joy of our dogs with other families and individuals.

Health Guarantee

1.It will be up to us, the breeder, to decide when the puppy will be ready to go to its new home. Usually at the age of 8-10 weeks, depending on the weight/readiness of the puppy and how easily it is weaned from the mother. We will not, under any circumstances let the puppy leave before it is ready. There is an additional $20 a day charge for puppies kept longer at the request of the buyer.

2.The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at time of sale.

3.The puppy will be up to date on shots at time of pickup of puppy (unless otherwise noted). It is very important that you continue your puppy's vet care. Please do not expose the puppy to other dogs that are not vaccinated until he/she has completed the vaccination schedule at 16 to 20 weeks old.

The puppy will be vaccinated, dewormed and deemed in good health at the time of sale.

The buyer, at their own expense has 48 hours after receiving the puppy to take to a veterinarian for the contract to be binding.

Documentation must be sent to the breeder immediately after vet visit for the Health Guarantee to be honored.

If within 48 hours, a Licensed vet finds the puppy to be unhealthy or unfit for sale, the puppy may be returned at buyers expense including travel and any related expenses. If another puppy is available you can choose that puppy. If a puppy is not available you will be put first on the list for our next litter. Only if the initial puppy has not been injured or neglected. The veterinarian must provide a written statement deeming the puppy unhealthy for purchase.

Buyer understands that No refund will be given under any circumstances.

This guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by neglect or injury from the buyer.

This guarantee does not include minor illnesses and health issues such as colds, allergies, internal or external parasites or umbilical hernias, cherry eye, stenotic nares, tracheal collapse, open fontanel, liver shunts, hernias, or luxating patella (these conditions aren’t life threatening, the pups can still live a fulfilling life with no problems).

Buyer understands that the breeder cannot assume responsibility for this puppy after 48 hours of the sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to care for the puppy properly and keep it free from harm. Please remember that your puppy must be treated with great care and protected from danger.

Buyer understands the breeder assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses incurred after the sale.

Buyer understands the breeder assumes no responsibility for training difficulties or behavior problems.

Buyer understands that the breeder does not guarantee against coat type, coat color, coat length, size, weight, conformation, temperament, reproduction ability, or any trait that has to do with the outside/physical look of the puppy. Or the ability for ears to stand.

We can give the buyer an educated guess as to full grown weight, but there are too many variables besides genetics.

Buyer understands that the Breeder does not guarantee against hernias, collapse trachea, any type of parasites or mites, mange, hypoglycemia, luxating patella, and/or any condition that can be corrected over time or through a vet or can be caught/created at any time. These problems aren’t reasons to return a puppy if they are proven in the initial puppy examination that is required for this guarantee.

Buyer understands that The breeder is not responsible for puppies which develop Hypoglycemia immediately after the puppy is in the new owner’s possession. The buyer will receive information on what to do if this occurs.

Buyer understands that The breeder does not guarantee fertility or ability to place in shows.

The buyer agrees to NEVER sell a puppy to a pet shop, broker, or puppy mill. Puppy must be kept indoors, proper veterinarian care given, and be kept current on vaccinations and routine checkups. This puppy is being sold with absolutely NO type of registration.

Buyer understands that this dog must go to a pet environment, meaning they will be part of the household and not kenneled. Buyer also understands that if at any time they cannot keep said puppy/dog they must contact me (breeder) If the dog is returned, there will be no refund given. I will find the dog a great home.

Not following this part of the agreement means breach of contract.

There are many companies that do genetic testing for the type of breed. We do not guarantee any test to come back as purebred. Different companies will give different results. These companies update their database as they get more DNA samples on file. It is impossible for us to make any guarantees about purebred testing.

The puppy is strictly sold as a Top-Quality Pet.

I have read, received, and understand and agree to the terms of this contract/guarantee and conditions of sale and accept full responsibility for the health and well-being of the purchased puppy as set forth by my hand.

You agree to all information, terms, and conditions mentioned on this contract. Falsifying any information you give before and after may put you in breach of your contract.
